Under the leadership of Hans Otto Nagel, Founder & Chairman of MALL INVEST & TURKMALL, TURKMALL has developed, invested, built and managed shopping / lifestyle centers including entertainment facilities, residential projects, hotels and offices in Turkey, the Balkans, Kazakhstan, Libya and China since 25 years.

Up to date more than 6 million m² of commercial real estate has been developed, co- invested and built. Renowned chains such as METRO AG, CARREFOUR, IKEA, TESCO, INDITEX, CINEMAXX, MEDIA-MARKT, BAUHAUS etc. has been our tenants. We have developed or invested in or built 46 shopping centres in Turkey.

Under the leadership of Hans Otto Nagel, MALL INVEST is focusing on Turkey, Germany and Africa for the last years and is actively investing and developing projects in Berlin,Germany as well as Uganda, DRC Congo, Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Zimbabwe through high level presidential relations.

DR. JIBID BULGAN

 GENERAL MANAGER

Jibid Bulgan has worked as an architect and project manager for the last 10 years, developing many shopping malls, hotels, and housing projects. She has been in close cooperation with chairman Hans Otto Nagel for development and management. The projects she participated in were selected as Turkey's best shopping mall projects both in 2015 and 2016. She has completed her Ph.D. program in Project Management at Istanbul Technical University and teaches as an Adjunct Professor at various universities.
